I have more than 30 years’ experience as a planning practitioner. My specialist experience has been gained on planning applications and appeals. I have provided evidence as an expert planning witness at public inquiries, in expert's determinations, Lands Tribunals cases and in the High Court. 

I help land and property owners, developers, investors and private individuals to achieve their objectives through the planning system.
